stöckel® portioners are characterized by high quality, extreme durability and perfect handling.

For a variety of uses we offer more than 20 models in 23 different sizes. In addition to the portioners for classical shaped scoops in sizes of 1/100 liter (Ø 30mm) to ¼ liter (Ø 100mm), we also have portioners with oval bowl. Even ice cream hearts, squares and flowers can easily be formed with stöckel® ice cream scoops. For left-handers we have developed a special left-handed ice cream scoop.

Our portioners are used for the exact portioning and serving of always equal portions. Whether burger patty, dough, chocolate or praline, you always have equal portions. Precise calculation of price and quantity is possible by using the different portioners.

Ice Cream Scoop Model CR

Available in different sizes

Stöckel Ice Cream Scoops model CR are produced with a bowl of stainless steel 18/10 and a handle of chrome plated solid brass. A long durability is guaranteed due to high quality materials and the professional production processing of the ice cream scoops. We have been producing ice cream scoops model CR in Eutin in Northern Germany for more than 70 years. Model CR is available in 23 sizes.

Ice Cream Scoop Model E

Available in different sizes

Stöckel Ice Cream Scoops model E are manufactured with a bowl of stainless steel 18/10 with non-stick coating and with a red ergonomic plastic handle. The ergonomically designed plastic handle of ice cream scoop model E provides optimal handling. For easier working the bowl is non-stick coated. Model E is available in 23 sizes.

Cleaning Sink No. 15/16

The cleaning systems meet all requirements for the hygienic sale of ice cream ensuring very economical water consumption. All cleaning sinks are made of stainless steel 18/10. Various models are available: round or angular, as in-counter or wall mounting models, with rubber edge and of course with adjustable scoop shower. In contrast to cleaning sinks with permanent water flow the Stöckel scoop showers reduce the water consumption to a minimum. If required the cleaning sinks can be delivered with a scoop dryer for additional drying of the inner and outer bowl.
