In the spring of 2023, we, Stöckel Söhne Metallwarenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG, took over the entire ice cream scoop division of Hans Brunner GmbH. We produce the scoops (brown and moonlight) in six sizes as Stöckel Model R and Stöckel Model O.The Model R scoop has a 18/10 stainless steel bowl and a brown plastic handle. Like all other Stöckel ice cream scoops for professionals, this model is designed for professional use in the catering industry. We produce this model R ice cream scoop in six sizes.

Ice Cream Spade model SB made of food safe aluminium with heat conductive fluid in the handle works completely without mechanism. Additionally the ice cream spade model SB is non-stick coated. Due to the non-stick blue ceramic coating the ice cream dipper is dishwasher suitable.
